Nathan Rudnick

I didn’t start my career in real estate—I started it in science. With a background in agricultural biotechnology and a degree from University of Wisconsin–River Falls, I spent years working in research and innovation, learning how to analyze data, solve complex problems, and create systems that actually work. That foundation still shapes how I approach real estate today: thoughtfully, strategically, and always with my clients’ best interests in mind.

 

I’m the founder and team leader of Vibe Real Estate Team, and for over six years I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate the market in Alameda and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. I have a special love for Victorian-era and historic homes—their craftsmanship, stories, and lasting value—but I also work extensively with high-value properties and international clients. No matter the transaction, my goal is the same: to make the process smooth, informed, and rewarding. I believe real estate should feel clear, supportive, and empowering—and I’m proud to guide my clients with integrity, care, and a genuine passion for the communities we call home.
