Nathan did an outstanding job helping us purchase a home in Alameda in 3 days! The first house we were interested in was already sold the day we found it online. Nathan then presented us with a few other ones that met our search criteria which we looked at. However, 2 days later the first house that we really like became available again. With Nathan’s expertise, he communicated with the selling agent and was able to recommend the price we needed to offer to secure the deal and our offer was accepted. While the house was in escrow, Nathan was also very kind to give us access to the house whenever we asked for so we could get contractors to inspect the house and give us estimates which helped us a lot in budgeting the remodeling.
