Matt helped me sell two condos in a year in a very tough market. These two properties were also managed by a HOA that made selling a unit even more challenging.
What distinguishes Matt is that he is very knowledgeable, professional, always accessible, and treats each listing as if you are family.
I interviewed 6-7 agents before choosing to work with Matt. All were very nice but Matt stood out because he knew the area very well, and was very familiar with the HOA and all their policies and how to work with their unhelpful staff. He even had a few lenders to recommend to buyers at a time where banks were not giving loans to anyone buying in that complex.This was a game changer.

Nathan did an outstanding job helping us purchase a home in Alameda in 3 days! The first house we were interested in was already sold the day we found it online. Nathan then presented us with a few other ones that met our search criteria which we looked at. However, 2 days later the first house that we really like became available again. With Nathan’s expertise, he communicated with the selling agent and was able to recommend the price we needed to offer to secure the deal and our offer was accepted. While the house was in escrow, Nathan was also very kind to give us access to the house whenever we asked for so we could get contractors to inspect the house and give us estimates which helped us a lot in budgeting the remodeling. Nathan was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process and we highly recommend him.
